The Aesthetic Medicine Online Consultation at Global Health is a specialised medical consultation conducted via secure video call with a certified Aesthetic Medicine physician. This service has been designed to provide a comprehensive, safe, and personalised medical assessment of each patient’s aesthetic needs, integrating health, wellbeing, and evidence-based aesthetic care. During the consultation, patients receive a detailed medical evaluation of the skin, face and/or body, a review of medical history, identification of possible contraindications, and the development of a personalised aesthetic treatment plan aligned with realistic and sustainable goals. This service is suitable both for patients starting their aesthetic journey and for those seeking professional follow-up after previous aesthetic procedures, ensuring continuity of care and expert medical guidance. What’s included in the consultation Personalised medical and aesthetic assessment (facial and/or body) Evaluation of skin quality, ageing concerns, acne, pigmentation, skin laxity and body contour Review of medical history, medications and lifestyle factors Identification of risks and contraindications Structured aesthetic treatment planning Medical-grade skincare recommendations and home care guidance Pre- and post-procedure medical guidance Follow-up and reassessment when clinically indicated Referral for in-person assessment or partner clinics when required

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy – Online Medical Consultations At Global Health, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable online medical services. To ensure transparency and efficiency, please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your appointment. 📅 Booking Terms Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance and no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled session. Upon booking, patients will receive a confirmation email with the details of the consultation. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. During the booking process, patients are required to fill out a form with essential personal and medical information necessary for the consultation. By completing the booking and payment, patients automatically accept our GDPR policies and authorize the sharing of relevant personal data with all partners involved in the provision of medical services, including but not limited to licensed doctors, laboratories, and imaging centers. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the consultation fee. No-shows (failure to attend the consultation without prior notice) will also result in 100% of the consultation fee being charged. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the same method of payment.
