Dr. Luz Marina Zuluaga Ríos is a medical doctor and surgeon with solid academic training and extensive clinical experience in Angiology and Peripheral Vascular Disease, Diabetic Foot Surgery, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. She has over six years of professional experience in the management of patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and complex chronic conditions.


She is a Fellow in Diabetic Foot Surgery at the Complutense University of Madrid, an international reference center in this field, and a specialist in Angiology and Peripheral Vascular Disease at the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires, a highly complex tertiary institution. She also holds advanced training in Clinical Vascular Ultrasound and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, including experience in intensive care units.


Her clinical practice focuses on the treatment of complex wounds, limb salvage, critical patient management, and comprehensive cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation, as well as the long-term care of patients with chronic diseases and acute decompensations. She also has academic experience as a university lecturer at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and actively participates in scientific research projects and international publications.
