Medical emergency? Call 155 or 112 immediately. Do not book an online consultation for emergencies.
Men's health concerns — erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, reduced libido, and sexual performance — are among the most common and most under-reported medical issues among men. Most men who experience these symptoms never speak to a doctor about them.
They should. Because in the vast majority of cases, these are medical conditions with medical causes — and medical solutions.
Our doctors, registered with the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), offer confidential men's health assessments by secure video call. No waiting room, no language barrier, no discomfort of an in-person consultation. Just a full clinical assessment and a clear plan.
Who This Service Is For
This consultation is appropriate for adult men with:
- Erectile dysfunction — new onset or worsening
- Reduced libido or loss of interest in sexual activity
- Premature or delayed ejaculation
- Performance anxiety with clinical impact
- Symptoms of testosterone deficiency — fatigue, mood changes, reduced muscle mass, weight gain
- Hormonal imbalance affecting energy, mood, weight, or sexual function
- Sexual dysfunction related to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or medication
- General men's health concerns — cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, hair loss with hormonal basis
- A need for investigation requests — testosterone panel, cardiovascular risk assessment, metabolic profile
What Your Consultation Includes
Full clinical assessment. Your doctor reviews your symptoms in detail, medical history, current medications, cardiovascular risk factors, hormonal indicators, psychological contributors, and lifestyle factors — building a complete clinical picture of what is causing your symptoms.
Identification of underlying causes. Men's health symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Erectile dysfunction, for example, is frequently an early marker of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or testosterone deficiency. Your doctor assesses the complete clinical picture — not just the presenting complaint.
Clinical management plan. Based on the assessment, your doctor advises on appropriate next steps — which may include lifestyle and metabolic optimisation, investigation requests for blood tests or hormonal assessment, clinical recommendations at the doctor's professional discretion, or referral to urology or endocrinology where indicated.
eRecept — where clinically appropriate. When clinically indicated, your doctor issues eRecept electronically. You receive the code and present it at any pharmacy of your choice in Czech Republic.
Referral and investigation coordination. When specialist referral or blood tests are clinically indicated, your doctor issues the relevant documentation on the same day.

Why Erectile Dysfunction Deserves Clinical Assessment
Erectile dysfunction is not simply a lifestyle inconvenience. It is one of the most reliable early warning signs of underlying cardiovascular disease — often presenting years before a cardiac event. It is also strongly associated with diabetes, hypertension, testosterone deficiency, and medication side effects.
A man who treats erectile dysfunction as an embarrassing inconvenience rather than a clinical signal is missing an important opportunity for early intervention on conditions that, left unaddressed, carry serious long-term health consequences.
Our doctors assess the full clinical picture — not just the presenting symptom.
A Note on Confidentiality
Everything discussed during your consultation is confidential and protected under Czech and European data protection law. Your consultation is conducted by encrypted video call. Nobody at your workplace, in your household, or in your social circle needs to know you booked an appointment. Your health records are protected under strict data protection standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a prescription service?
No. This is a clinical assessment service. Our doctors conduct a full clinical assessment and advise on appropriate management based on clinical findings. Any clinical recommendations are made at the doctor's professional discretion following full assessment.
Can erectile dysfunction really be assessed by video call?
Yes — for the vast majority of presentations. The clinical history is the most powerful diagnostic tool in men's health, and a full history can be taken by video call. Your doctor also assesses lifestyle factors, cardiovascular risk, hormonal indicators, and psychological contributors during the call. Where physical examination findings are needed that cannot be assessed remotely, your doctor advises on appropriate in-person assessment.
What blood tests might be needed?
Depending on your presentation, your doctor may request a testosterone panel, cardiovascular risk assessment, fasting glucose, HbA1c, thyroid function, and metabolic profile. Investigation requests can be coordinated in the same consultation.
Is this service suitable for younger men?
Yes. Erectile dysfunction and other men's health concerns can arise in men from their twenties — often with psychological or lifestyle causes at younger ages. This service is appropriate for adult men of all ages.
What if my condition requires specialist input?
If your assessment indicates that specialist input is needed — urology, endocrinology, or cardiology — your doctor advises clearly and coordinates the referral.
Can I use this service if I do not have a Czech GP?
Yes. This service is available to all men in Czech Republic, including expats and international residents without a registered Czech GP.
Men's health consultations are conducted by doctors registered with the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), in accordance with Czech telemedicine regulations under Act No. 372/2011 Coll. and Decree No. 30/2025 Coll. Clinical recommendations, investigation requests, and referrals are issued solely at the doctor's professional discretion following full assessment. This service is not a prescription service.
