Medical emergency? Call 155 or 112 immediately. Do not book an online consultation for emergencies.
Already managing a stable, established condition and need your treatment reviewed? Our doctors, registered with the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), conduct a full clinical review of your current treatment by secure video call — and issue eRecept electronically where clinically appropriate.
No waiting room. No need to travel to a clinic for a condition that hasn't changed. Same-day appointments available.
What This Service Is — And What It Is Not
This is a clinical treatment review — not an automatic prescription refill. Our doctors conduct a genuine assessment of your current treatment, your condition, any side effects, and any changes to your health since your last review. On the basis of that assessment, they advise on whether your treatment remains appropriate and issue eRecept where clinically indicated.
This service is appropriate when your condition is stable and established. If your symptoms have changed, worsened, or you have new concerns since your last review, a General Medical Consultation is more appropriate.
What Your Consultation Includes
- Full clinical review of your current treatment — your doctor reviews the condition being treated, your current medication, dosage and duration, symptom control and treatment response, any side effects or safety concerns, and any relevant changes to your medical history since your last review.
- Safety assessment — review of potential interactions, contraindications, and any changes to your health that may affect the appropriateness of continuing your current treatment.
- eRecept — where clinically appropriate — when your doctor determines that your treatment remains clinically appropriate, eRecept is issued electronically. You receive the code and present it at any pharmacy of your choice in Czech Republic.
- Referral or further investigation — where needed — if your review indicates that further assessment, blood tests, or specialist input is needed before treatment can be continued, your doctor advises clearly and coordinates the appropriate next steps.

Important Information Before You Book
- The decision to continue, adjust, or change any treatment is a clinical decision made solely by the doctor after full assessment — it cannot be confirmed or guaranteed in advance
- Controlled substances and certain high-risk medications may require additional assessment or may not be suitable for renewal through a video consultation — your doctor advises if this applies to your situation
- Our doctors do not routinely prescribe controlled substances through video consultations
- If your symptoms have changed significantly since your last review, a General Medical Consultation is more appropriate than a treatment renewal
- Bring any relevant blood test results, specialist letters, or clinical documentation to your consultation — your doctor reviews these in full
How eRecept Works
eRecept is the Czech electronic prescription system. When your doctor issues a prescription, you receive an eRecept code electronically. You present this code at any pharmacy of your choice in Czech Republic — there is no paper prescription and no requirement to use a specific pharmacy.
Our doctors are registered with the Czech Medical Chamber and are authorised to issue eRecept for all medications within the scope of GP-level prescribing in Czech Republic.
Why This Service
For expats and international residents in Czech Republic, treatment renewal is one of the most common practical healthcare challenges. If you do not have a registered Czech GP, renewing a stable medication you have been on for years can mean navigating a system in a language you do not speak, finding a clinic that accepts new patients, and booking a full appointment for a condition that has not changed.
Our service removes this friction. A ČLK-registered doctor reviews your treatment by video call in English — or Arabic or Bengali — and issues eRecept where clinically appropriate, same day.
This consultation is provided by doctors registered with the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), in accordance with Czech telemedicine regulations under Act No. 372/2011 Coll. and Decree No. 30/2025 Coll. The decision to continue, adjust, or change any treatment is a clinical decision made solely at the doctor's professional discretion following full assessment. Our doctors do not routinely prescribe controlled substances through video consultations. This service is not suitable for medical emergencies — call 155 or 112 immediately.
