Why we built this
Medicine Anytime Anywhere isn’t just a tagline — it’s a design principle.
For the patient who moved countries and can’t find a doctor who speaks their language or understands their health history. For the professional whose schedule makes a 9am GP appointment impossible. For the parent trying to get their child seen without taking a day off work. For the person who simply shouldn’t have to wait three weeks for something that takes twenty minutes.
We built Global Health to close the gap between the healthcare system people have and the healthcare experience they deserve. Founded in 2023 in Prague, operating across multiple markets in Europe and Latin America, Global Health connects patients with locally-registered doctors who work within the same regulatory framework as a GP or specialist in their country.

Get referrals, certificates, or test kits at home
Where clinically appropriate, the doctor can issue referrals, certificates, or follow-up guidance. Notes are shared after the consultation according to the service and country workflow.

Yes. All doctors on the Global Health platform are registered with the national medical council in their country. Registration numbers are displayed on every doctor profile and are independently verifiable on the relevant medical council website. Global Health is operated by Global Guest s.r.o. (IČO: 19071680), registered in the Czech Republic, with a branch registered in Ireland (CRO 910267). Patient data is processed in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation in each market, including GDPR in Europe.
Which countries does Global Health operate in?
Global Health currently operates across multiple markets in Europe and Latin America, including Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Romania and Brazil. New markets are added as the platform grows. Consultations are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Romanian, Arabic, Urdu and more, subject to clinician availability.
Are the doctors on Global Health real licensed doctors?
Yes. Every doctor on the Global Health platform is individually named, photographed, and registered with the national medical council in their country — for example, the Irish Medical Council (IMC) in Ireland or the Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) in Brazil. Registration numbers are displayed on every doctor profile and are independently verifiable on the relevant medical council website. There are no anonymous rotas and no call centres — the doctor on the profile is the doctor on the call.
How does booking and payment work on Global Health?
Booking an online consultation with Global Health takes three steps. Choose your market and service, select a doctor and an available time slot, and pay securely at checkout — your consultation is confirmed once payment is complete. Stripe handles all payments. Prices are shown in full before you book — no hidden fees, no membership required for pay-per-consultation services.
Is my health data safe with Global Health?
Yes. All patient data is processed in EU data centres and handled in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation in each market — including GDPR in Europe. Data is never sold, never shared with insurers, and never used for advertising. The only people who can access your clinical records are you and the doctor on your call.
