- Discounts and co-pays apply to employees and to the family members they add. A co-pay is a fixed amount per consultation, and never more than the consultation costs.
- Specialist consultations are priced at the standard rate unless your plan adds a rule for them.

What is corporate healthcare?
A plan your company buys so employees and their families can see doctors online. You decide what is included, discounted or capped, and employees book their own consultations.
Is this health insurance?
No. It is not an insurance policy. Many companies keep their company health insurance and add this for everyday GP and specialist visits.
Does it replace our employee assistance programme or occupational health?
No. Keep both. Global Health provides medical consultations with doctors. It does not provide counselling lines or occupational health assessments.
Can employees get a sick certificate?
Employees can book an online GP appointment. When it is clinically appropriate, the doctor can issue a medical certificate for sick leave. Entitlements such as statutory sick pay are set by law and your contracts, so check those with your adviser.
