About our service in Romania

Do you have a clinic in Romania?

Global Health operates in Romania as an online-only clinic. We hold no physical premises in Romania, and the company's registered office is in Ireland. Every consultation takes place over a secure video call, from a phone, tablet or computer, so there is no waiting room to visit. This online model lets you speak with a doctor without traveling, often on the same day you book. If you would rather see a doctor in person, a local clinic may suit you better — our platform is built for patients comfortable with a remote, video-based consultation instead.

Are the doctors registered in Romania?

Yes. Every doctor who consults patients from Romania through our platform is registered with the Colegiul Medicilor din România, the body that regulates the medical profession in the country. Each doctor's registration, specialty and consultation languages are shown on their profile, so you can check before booking. This means the doctor you speak with meets the same professional and ethical standards as a doctor seen in person at a Romanian clinic. If you have a question about a specific doctor's registration, you can email us before booking and our team will confirm the relevant details for you.

Are consultations available in Romanian?

Yes. Consultations for patients in Romania are held in Romanian, and several doctors also consult in English. Each doctor's profile lists the languages they speak, so you can pick a doctor who matches your preference before booking. Administrative support — bookings, billing, account questions — is also handled by email in both Romanian and English. If a particular language matters for your consultation itself, check the doctor's profile before confirming your appointment, or write to us and we can point you toward a doctor who consults in the language you need.
