Waiting times for a first appointment with an outpatient psychiatrist commonly run from weeks to months, and more than a fifth of specialists are booking new patients more than three months out. In child psychiatry, waiting periods of several months are not unusual. The situation is also uneven — care is centralized in large cities, while access remains difficult in many regions. The capacity crisis is further deepened by the advanced age of current psychiatrists, up to a quarter to half of whom may retire within the next five years.

Position: Psychiatrist for Online Consultations
We're looking for licensed psychiatrists based in Czechia to join our online clinic. Through our platform, you'll provide remote psychiatric consultations to patients across the country, with full flexibility to shape your work schedule to your needs.
- 100% remote — consult from anywhere, via video or phone
- Flexible schedule — choose the hours and days that suit you
- Collaboration structure: DPP (Agreement to Complete a Job) or OSVČ (self-employed/freelance), whichever suits you
- Full-time or part-time — also ideal as a supplement to an existing practice or hospital position
- E-prescriptions and e-sick notes — fully integrated into our platform, no extra paperwork

Who We're Looking For
- Valid medical license in Czechia (registration with the Czech Medical Chamber)
- Specialization in psychiatry
- Experience with telemedicine tools is a plus (training and onboarding support provided)
- Fluent Czech; English is a plus given our international team, Portuguese, Spanish, or Romanian are a bonus given our presence in those markets
