How to reach a doctor
Booking a consultation is the fastest route to a doctor. Administrative questions are handled by email, in Portuguese and English. For emergencies call 192.
Registration and certificates
Doctors seeing patients in Brazil hold registration with their state Conselho Regional de Medicina. Certificates are issued by the assessing doctor under the Conselho Federal de Medicina's telemedicine rules. Leave and benefit are decided by your employer and the INSS.

Do you have a clinic in Brazil?
No. We operate online only in Brazil. Our registered office is in Ireland and consultations happen by video call.
Do your doctors hold a CRM registration?
Doctors seeing Brazilian patients are registered with their state Conselho Regional de Medicina, stated on each doctor's profile.
Is an online certificate accepted?
It is issued by the assessing doctor under the Conselho Federal de Medicina's telemedicine rules. Your employer and the INSS assess leave against their own criteria.
What about emergencies?
Global Health is not an emergency service. Call 192 (SAMU) or go to the nearest emergency department.
