Dr Maristela Ferro Nepomuceno holds a First Class Honours BSc and MSc in Psychology, and a PhD in Education. She provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals experiencing a broad range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, panic, and challenges with emotional regulation.

Her evidence-based practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

Sessions focus on developing practical strategies to manage emotions, build resilience, strengthen communication, and enhance self-awareness.

With experience in both Ireland and Brazil, Dr Maristela delivers therapy in a client-

centred, culturally aware, and empathetic manner, supporting mental health across

diverse populations.

Therapy is offered in English and Portuguese.
