About Nutricionista Sofia
Sofia Almeida is a nutritionist with a degree in Nutrition Sciences from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto. She is a full member of the Ordem dos Nutricionistas (the Portuguese Order of Nutritionists), professional licence no. 4481N, and offers online nutrition consultations in English and Portuguese.
She did her professional placement for the Order at Dragon Force and her university placement at Holmes Place. Since then she has worked in clinics, training studios and gyms around Porto, including the Instituto Médico Privado, Solinca, the Centro Clínico da Maia and Flow Studio. She currently works as a nutritionist at 2Fisio and Healthy Smart Cities.
