The scheduled length is shown when you book. The doctor will assess the available information during that time and may recommend a follow-up or an in-person examination if needed.

The doctor may issue an ePrescription when the medicine is clinically appropriate and can be prescribed safely after remote assessment. Booking does not guarantee a prescription.

A doctor may issue an electronic sick note only when incapacity for work is clinically justified and the relevant requirements are met. Issuance is not automatic.

Tell the doctor about your concerns and preferences. They will explain the reasons for the recommendation, possible alternatives and when in-person or urgent care is needed.

This is a private, self-pay service. Check any reimbursement from a private insurer or employer directly with that organisation before booking.

You can use the service from within Czechia with a stable internet connection and a camera-enabled device. Suitability for remote assessment depends on your symptoms and circumstances.

Current appointment times are shown in the booking calendar and can change. Your appointment is confirmed only after you complete the booking process.
