Who This Service Is For
This consultation is designed for patients who are currently managing a stable, established condition and wish to ensure their care remains clinically appropriate, effective, and aligned with current medical guidelines.
It is not a replacement for your regular GP — it is a clinically supervised review that ensures your treatment continues to work safely and appropriately for your current health status.
This service is appropriate when your condition is stable. If your symptoms have changed significantly, worsened, or you have new concerns, book a Medical Consultation instead so your doctor can conduct a full assessment.
What Your Consultation Includes
Review of Your Current TreatmentYour doctor will assess the condition being managed, current dosage and duration, your response to treatment, any side effects or concerns, and relevant updates to your medical history since your last review.
Treatment Safety AssessmentA clinical review of potential interactions, contraindications, and any changes in your health status that may affect the safety or suitability of your ongoing care.
Clinical RecommendationBased on the assessment, your doctor will advise on whether your current treatment remains appropriate, requires adjustment, or needs further evaluation. Any clinical documentation or onward referral will be issued at the doctor's professional discretion and in accordance with Irish medical standards.
Escalation Where NeededIf your condition requires more detailed assessment, specialist input, or in-person evaluation, your doctor will advise you clearly and coordinate next steps.

Important Information Before You Book
- Continuation of any treatment is a clinical decision made solely by the doctor following assessment — it cannot be confirmed or guaranteed in advance
- Certain complex, high-risk, or controlled conditions may require additional assessment or may not be suitable for review via video consultation
- If your symptoms have changed, worsened, or you have new concerns since your last review, a full Medical Consultation is more appropriate
- Further investigations or in-person assessment may be recommended where clinically indicated
- Our doctors do not routinely manage controlled substances through video consultations
