A word from our clinical director “ Dear patients, It's a joy to welcome you to this September edition of our newsletter. Launching our website in Brazil is just the first step. Over the coming months we'll keep expanding our medical team and our range of consultations, so that Global Health care reaches as many patients as possible. Our goal isn't only to resolve a single health concern, but to build a long-term relationship of trust with you: a doctor who knows your history and a team you can count on, whether for a routine consultation, a prescription renewal or a second opinion. Thank you for trusting Global Health with your healthcare. We're here to care for you and your family. Dr Renato Sarmento Clinical Director, Global Health Brazil · CRM 170837 |
Online doctor See a doctor online, without leaving homeWhy spend hours in a waiting room? With Global Health you speak with doctors registered with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) over a secure video call, in Portuguese, English or Spanish, from anywhere. Here's how it works:
|
Our online consultations for patients in Brazil
Online GP consultation
Most patients start here: a video consultation with a general practice doctor.
Medical certificate
A video assessment and, if the doctor considers it appropriate, a digital medical certificate.
Prescription renewal
Continue your treatment with a prescription renewal and a review of your medication.
Weight management
A medical video assessment of the causes of weight gain, with test requests and guidance.
And much more: child and adolescent health, skin consultations, women's, men's and older adults' health, mental health, chronic conditions, travel health and second medical opinions.
Care in your language Healthcare in the language you're comfortable withExplaining how you feel is much easier in your own language. Our consultations in Brazil are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, depending on doctor availability, which is also ideal for foreigners living in Brazil and for Brazilians who prefer another language. |

From our blog Is an online medical certificate valid?Yes, as long as there is a genuine consultation, a doctor registered with the CRM and a verifiable digital signature. In the article we explain what the certificate must contain, how an employer checks the signature at validar.iti.gov.br and why the diagnosis code (CID) is only included with your authorisation. Clinically reviewed by MUDr. Khoiamul Islam, a doctor collaborating with Global Health. |
Important In an emergencyOnline consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call SAMU 192 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. |
