Global Health Subscription Plans –
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription and use of Global Health’s online healthcare plans. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Global Health reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
2. Subscription Plans & Coverage
Global Health offers the following subscription plans:

Essential Care Plan (€20/month): Covers urgent 24/7 telemedicine services with a limit of 1 consultations per month.

Comprehensive Health Plan (€39/month): Covers GP consultations (up to 2 per month), 24/7 telemedicine services, and an annual diagnostic test (37 biomarkers).

Premium Wellness Plan (€49/month): Covers GP consultations (up to 3 per month), 24/7 telemedicine services, and an annual diagnostic test (58 biomarkers). This plan can be used by all family members.
All consultations must be booked through the Global Health online platform and are subject to doctor availability.
3. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through a secure payment link.

Payments are processed automatically, and failure to make payment will result in suspension of the plan until payment is received.

Prices include all applicable taxes and fees.
4. Subscription Duration & Cancellation

The Comprehensive Health Plan and Premium Wellness Plan require a 12-month commitment. Patients cannot cancel or terminate their subscription before the end of the 12-month period.

The Essential Care Plan can be canceled at any time by providing a 30-day notice via written request to Global Health.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at the end of the contract period.
5. Booking & Consultation Policies

All consultations are conducted online via a secure video platform.

Consultations must be scheduled in advance through the Global Health booking system.

Missed appointments without prior cancellation will count toward the monthly consultation limit.

Specialist consultations are not included in any of the plans.
6. Refund Policy

Payments made for the subscription are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for unused consultations.

In case of technical issues preventing a consultation, the appointment may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
7. Changes to Plans & Pricing

Global Health reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, or terms with a 30-day prior notice to subscribers.

Any changes will not affect existing contracts until the renewal period.
8. Data Privacy & Security

Global Health complies with all applicable data protection laws and ensures the confidentiality of patient information.

Patient data is stored securely and used only for healthcare service provision.
9. Limitation of Liability

Global Health provides medical consultations but does not cover emergency medical services or hospital treatments.

Patients are responsible for seeking emergency care if necessary.

Global Health shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.
