Welcome to the Global Health website (“Site”) and our telemedicine platform. By accessing or using this Site or our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms govern your use of:

Use of Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Healthcare Disclaimer: Our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Service Regions:

Clinic-based: Ireland, Portugal, Czechia

Platform-only: Romania, Spain

Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to expand, limit, or suspend services in any region.

Cross-border Telemedicine Compliance: We operate in accordance with EU Directive 2011/24/EU on patient rights in cross-border healthcare and applicable national telemedicine regulations.
Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Booking: Consultations can be booked through the Site via our online booking form. Confirmation will be sent by email.

Payment:

All consultations must be prepaid at the time of booking.

Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, and other methods displayed on the Site.

Cancellations:

Patients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations within this period are credited as a future consultation.

Rescheduling:

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

Each patient is allowed one reschedule per appointment.

Missed Appointments / No-Show:

If a patient misses an appointment after already having rescheduled once, no further credit or rescheduling will be granted.

Failing to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice is considered a missed appointment, and the consultation fee is forfeited.

Refunds Due to Provider Delay:

If a consultation cannot be provided within 2 hours of the scheduled time due to provider-side issues, the patient may:

Use the appointment as a credit for a future consultation, or
-
Request a full refund.

Refunds are only available when the delay is attributable to Global Health; delays caused by the patient are not eligible for refund.

Medical Records and Privacy

You consent to the secure storage of your medical records in compliance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and national healthcare regulations.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal and health data.
User Responsibilities
Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide true and complete information during consultations and platform use.
Prohibited Activities:
Providing false medical information
Attempting to disrupt, hack, or harm the Site, users, or services
Violation may result in account suspension, legal action, or liability claims
Professional and Legal Disclaimer
Telemedicine consultations are conducted remotely; diagnosis and treatment are based on the information provided by the patient.
Prescriptions may only be issued where legally permitted in the patient’s country of residence.
We cannot guarantee outcomes; individual results may vary.
If services are provided across borders, you agree to comply with national regulations governing telemedicine in your country.
Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Global Health or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Global Health is not liable for:
Loss or harm from reliance on information provided
Technical failures or downtime of the Site or platform
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Services are governed by the laws of the country where the service is delivered:
Czechia, Ireland, Portugal: Clinic-based consultations
Spain, Romania: Platform-only consultations
Cross-border disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the service country unless EU law provides otherwise.

EU GDPR (2016/679): Data protection and privacy
Relevant national telemedicine laws in each country of operation
Patients have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and may request medical records per GDPR and local regulations.
