Global Health – Return & Refund Policy

At Global Health, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Cosmetic Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of cosmetic products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

❌ We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

If the product arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Telemedicine Devices

You may return telemedicine devices within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective packaging are included

  • You provide proof of purchase

✅ If the device is defective, incomplete, or malfunctioning upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement after inspection.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been visibly used or damaged

  • The issue is due to user error, mishandling, or accidental damage​

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email globalhealth@myglobalhealth.online with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Product(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) if the item arrived damaged

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • If the product does not meet return conditions, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund
