Dr. Emmanuel Dabup is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specializing in General Adult Psychiatry and the Mental Health of Intellectual Disabilities. He has extensive clinical experience across community mental health services, acute inpatient psychiatry, and liaison psychiatry within hospital settings, providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.

Dr. Emmanuel Dabup completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Szeged and holds specialist qualifications from the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland, where he obtained his Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist Training (CSCST) in both General Adult Psychiatry and Learning Disability Psychiatry. He is also a Member of the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland (MCPsychI) and holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Highly experience in several healthcare units as Locum Consultant Psychiatrist with the Cavan–Monaghan Mental Health Service in Ireland, where he provides specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment in both hospital and community settings. His work includes the management of complex psychiatric conditions, collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and the development of patient-centered treatment plans.
