This service is suitable when your condition is stable. If your symptoms have changed, worsened, or you have new concerns, book a GP Consultation for a complete assessment.
What Your Consultation Includes
Review of Current Treatment. Your doctor assesses the condition being treated, the current dosage and duration, response to treatment, any side effects or concerns, and relevant updates to your clinical history since the last review.
Treatment Safety Assessment. Clinical review of potential interactions, contraindications, and any changes in your health status that could affect the safety or appropriateness of ongoing treatment.
Clinical Recommendation. Based on the assessment, your doctor advises whether the current treatment remains appropriate, needs adjusting, or requires further assessment. Any clinical documentation or referral is issued at the doctor's professional discretion, in line with Portuguese prescribing standards.
Referral, When Necessary. If your condition requires more detailed assessment, specialist support, or in-person observation, your doctor informs you clearly and coordinates the next steps.

This consultation is suitable when your condition is stable and doesn't require immediate in-depth reassessment. New, worsening, or undiagnosed symptoms should be assessed through a complete GP Consultation.
Important Information Before Booking
- Continuation of any treatment is a clinical decision made exclusively by the doctor, after assessment, and cannot be confirmed or guaranteed in advance
- Certain complex, higher-risk conditions, or those involving controlled substances, may require further assessment or may not be suitable for review by video call
- If your symptoms have changed, worsened, or you have new concerns since the last review, a complete GP Consultation is more appropriate
- Further investigations or in-person assessment may be recommended when clinically indicated
- Our doctors do not routinely manage controlled substances via video consultation
