Self-Referral Consultations by Global Health offer you the flexibility to take control of your healthcare journey. These consultations are designed to evaluate your health condition, provide referrals for consultations with specialist doctors, and grant you the freedom to kickstart crucial diagnostic tests without needing a prior recommendation. This service is ideal for individuals who value convenience, proactive care, and the ability to request essential diagnostic tests directly. Common Self-Referral Requests: Blood Tests: Monitor cholesterol levels, blood sugar, vitamin deficiencies, and more for a comprehensive health overview. MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging): Diagnose conditions affecting soft tissues, joints, or the brain, supporting a proactive approach to your well-being. Ultrasound: Examine specific areas like the abdomen, pelvis, or vascular system, aiding in early detection and timely intervention. CT Scan (Computed Tomography): Obtain detailed imaging of internal structures, organs, or potential abnormalities. X-Ray: Access quick and straightforward imaging to address symptoms or health concerns effectively.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy – Online Medical Consultations At Global Health, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable online medical services. To ensure transparency and efficiency, please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your appointment. 📅 Booking Terms Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance and no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled session. Upon booking, patients will receive a confirmation email with the details of the consultation. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. During the booking process, patients are required to fill out a form with essential personal and medical information necessary for the consultation. By completing the booking and payment, patients automatically accept our GDPR policies and authorize the sharing of relevant personal data with all partners involved in the provision of medical services, including but not limited to licensed doctors, laboratories, and imaging centers. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the consultation fee. No-shows (failure to attend the consultation without prior notice) will also result in 100% of the consultation fee being charged. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the same method of payment.
