Dr. Alfredo del Valle Moreno Montañez is a highly qualified Dermatologist with dual accreditation and extensive international clinical experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.

He holds a medical degree from the University of Carabobo (Venezuela) and completed his specialist training in Dermatology, following prior residency experience in Internal Medicine. In 2026, Dr. Alfredo obtained official recognition of his dermatology specialty in Spain, further strengthening his European medical credentials.

Dr. Alfredo has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including hospital dermatology departments, private clinics, and teledermatology services, with experience in Spain and Latin America. His clinical expertise covers general dermatology, dermato-oncology, autoimmune and inflammatory skin diseases, hidradenitis suppurativa, and complex dermatological diagnoses.

In addition to medical dermatology, he holds a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine and advanced training in injectable treatments, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin, combining evidence-based medicine with a strong aesthetic sense and patient-centred care.
